Comments:
Sadler produced many different color and platinum lustre combinations for their OKT42 teapot. Production commenced in the 1930s and continued into the 1950s. A factory replica was later produced during the 1990s, just before the factory went out of business. The Mabel Lucy Attwell decorated teapot from the 1930s is very rare and sought after. Impressed into the bottom is: "Made In England. Registered No-820236." Sadler also produced creamer and sugar (shown in green and yellow) to compliment its line of early racing teapots.
